My lastest project-distressing end tables
I love making beautiful results with old furniture. Being in my garage helps me relax and unwind. This allows me to be creative and try new techniques. Distressing makes a piece of furniture look older and antique. It gives the piece character.

This pair of end tables was a fun project. I used a light blue color and lightly distressed the edges. They are very beautiful.
To distress I use a 60 grit sandpaper and lightly sand the edges of the end tables. My advice is to distress the areas of the furniture where normal wear and tear happen. Mostly its on the edges and top of the piece.
